Specifications 

This machine is suitable for abrasion tests of leather, fabric, coating, paper, floor tile, plywood, glass and natural rubber. Test specimens are cut with a standard cutter, abraded by specified grinding wheels under a set load. When reaching the required number of rotations, take out the specimen and inspect its surface condition or calculate the weight difference before and after the test.
Abrasion Index Calculation Formula: Weight Loss / Test Rotations × 1000.
Different grinding wheel types can be selected as required.
