Application of Melt Flow Indexer
This instrument is designed to measure the Melt Flow Rate (MFR) of various plastics and resins in the viscous flow state. It is suitable for testing high-melting-point engineering plastics—such as polycarbonate, polyarylsulfone, fluoroplastics, and nylon—as well as lower-melting-point plastics like polyethylene (PE), polystyrene (PS), polypropylene (PP), ABS resin, polyoxymethylene (POM), and polycarbonate (PC). It is widely used in sectors such as plastics manufacturing, plastic products, and petrochemicals, as well as in academic institutions, research organizations, and commodity inspection agencies.

1.The melt flow rate tester features a well-designed, stable, and reliable benchtop structure with an attractive appearance and user-friendly operation. It utilizes a high-performance, high-precision control instrument characterized by high sampling accuracy and rapid control response, employing a fuzzy PID algorithm for constant-temperature control.
2.Equipped with a printer for automatic printout of test results; features a Chinese-language LCD display.
3.Manual or automatic cutting test methods may be used.
